What is GTM (Google Tag Manager)?

GTM (Google Tag Manager) allows you to install and manage tags without modifying website code.

These tags are small code snippets that track user actions and collect data - e.g. Taboola Pixel.

Benefits of GTM (Google Tag Manager)

GTM removes the need to repeatedly edit your website code. With GTM, you edit your website templates once. Thereafter, you can add, edit, test-drive, remove, or temporarily pause tags without editing your web pages.

How do I get started?

There's a fair chance that your team is already using GTM.

In that case, you just need to confirm that it is installed on your website pages - as well as any other pages in your conversion funnel (e.g. a landing page on another server).
