The report is limited to 1,000 rows.

`is_active`	`Boolean`	Indicates if the campaign is active. See: is_active
`start_date`	`Date`	The campaign start_date
`end_date`	`Date`	The campaign end_date
`pricing_model`	`String`	The campaign pricing_model (typically `"CPC"`)
