Get Campaign Summary Report Returns Empty

I sent a GET request to "https://backstage.taboola.com/backstage/api/1.0/<account_id>/reports/campaign-summary/dimensions/campaign_breakdown?start_date=2021-08-09&end_date=2021-08-31" with my access_token in the header. I get the following

Bulk Update with is_atomic=false

Hello,
I'm trying the option of 'is_atomic=false' when bulk update campaigns status to paused.
I tried to send 2 ids, fake one and a real one to see if it updates the real ones status and I received 404 error for the entire request.
Is the 'is_atomic' option available only for specific errors? How can I test it?
