Unknown Status 500 Errors

We’ve been seeing a very large amount of Status 500 errors when fetching campaigns data over the past few days. Are you aware of any known issues, or any reason this may be happening? FYI, we have multiple accounts so we are usually sending multiple requests to retrieve for each account ID.
