Adding URL Parameters
I'm updating the tracking_code for a campaign and noticed I'm able to update the campaign item url too for tracking. After reading the documentation I found this:
Use each parameter only once, and only to apply them at either the campaign or item level - not both.
URL parameters cannot be added at both the individual URL level AND campaign level, it will cause the data to be incorrect in your analytics platform.
(For example, you cannot have "utm_source=Taboola" added at the campaign level and "utm_source=cpc" appended to a URL in the campaign.)
So question here is if on the campaign level I have utm_source=Taboola, am I able to add ?utm_source=Taboola on the campaign item level too?

301 errors
We started seeing sporadic status 301 errors via Taboola API. Very strange since 301 errors mean "Moved Permanently".
This has never happened to us in the past, but it started late last night (EST timezone). It is not happening very frequently, but we've seen it a handful of times today.
Are there any known issues, or reason this would be happening?

Reporting issue with top-campaign-content
Hi,
We are requesting for this report(/reports/top-campaign-content/dimensions/item_breakdown) several times a day.
But , server returned 503 status code in a few accounts.
This problem starts since September 21st and it is remaining.
I tried it for a several time , but the result doesn't change.
Please tell me why it's happening and what we can do to solve this.

campaigns - API management
Hi Team,
We tried pausing a couple of Taboola ads through our BI system and got some unexpected results
- the first Site was blocked on the account level as a result and it is not quite clear whether it happened because of the Pause action from our side or it was blocked already; the status of this Site remained Active from our side though.
- the second Site remained Active in the Taboola dashboard, however, was immediately paused in our dashboard.
Please contact me for the IDs of the sites in question. The main goal of this topic is to understand whether our API management works correctly.

Bid Modifier Per Publisher not being updated
Hi,
I ran API to update "Bid Modifier Per Publisher" to 0.011 and got a successful message,

But when I check back on Taboola backstage Bid amount for that specific site is not updated.

The campaign is in fixed bid setting at .60. Any idea why it fails to be updated? thank you.

Data Gap between and campaign_breakdown and item breakdown
The impression, vimpression and click data that break down by campaign is bigger than the total data of items between Otc.18 and Otc.19 these two days. Can you please help me to figure out the reason?

Trying to access our Token using Flow 2 and recieve an error
Hi,
We are trying accessing our token in order to pull reporting data and recieve the following error:
<p>Probelm accessing / authentication/oauth/token. Reason:
<pre> Full authentication is required to acecess this resource </pre>
We've used Client id & Client secret, password and username and made the request with all the nessacery data. Could you please assist?

Custom audience ids change?
Hello,
We are not able to set custom audiences using API
Everything was working fine ~14 hours ago but on some point custom audience ids changed and updating custom audience fails.
After checking the current values I noticed (for example)
https://backstage.taboola.com/backstage/api/1.0/giveitlove-sc/campaigns/4594930/targeting/my_audiences
The value in "collection" array used to appear as string "226875" and now its a number 1642268.
The new id is not in a dictionary we are getting from /universal_pixel/custom_audience_rule
This change is permanent and if so where we can get new ids?

Set IAS 3rd Party Brand Safety categories though API
Can IAS 3rd Party Brand Safety category targeting be added to a campaign via backstage API?
I'm not able to find it in the documentation.
