I am trying to get hourly data, and the API only responds with hour 0. Is there a special parameter I need to pass in order to get the entire day of hourly?

Is it possible to request settings for all campaign items in an account?

I'm looking to download settings for all campaign items, and it seems like the only documented way is to iterate through each campaign and download item settings. This means we'd need an HTTP request per campaign. Do you happen to know if there's an endpoint for getting ALL campaign item settings, at the account level?

It takes two requests to effectively update a campaign item's status

I'm not sure why, but it appears that it takes two requests to update the status on a campaign item.

Multiple PATCH requests

Is it possible to make multiple PATCH requests in the same API request? For example, updating the publisher_targeting and publisher_bid_modifier simultaneously? The documentation seems to imply they need to be isolated payloads.
