Data Gap between and campaign_breakdown and item breakdown

The impression, vimpression and click data that break down by campaign is bigger than the total data of items between Otc.18 and Otc.19 these two days. Can you please help me to figure out the reason?

Limits on per campaign bid mods?

I saw that the limit for blocking is 1500. Does this also apply to bid mods? Do they share a total count? Thanks!

I am sending end_date as null

How can I set end_date to null or empty. end date gets changed when there is some value, I need to set it to null or empty.
