Problems blacklisting publisher reachmobi-whowizzle-slideshow, reachmobi-travelmanner-slideshow

We are having problems blacklisting a publisher. We are sending this request

I am sending end_date as null

How can I set end_date to null or empty. end date gets changed when there is some value, I need to set it to null or empty.
if I set it to null or empty it didn't get changed
