Blocking is not reflecting on backstage

When blocking a publisher from the Backstage platform, the change is immediately reflected in the campaign publisher_targeting object via the API.
But when updating this object (publisher_targeting) via the API, the change is not reflected in the Backstage platform - even after a page refresh.

Fetching Campaigns

Hey, When I Fetch campaigns I get the results as an empty array,
but when I run the summary report I get the report as it should be with campaigns.

get date and hour data for campaigns

is there any plan to get date and hour data for campaigns? currently I could get either hour or date.
also is there any plan to get hourly data for a campaign with site breakdown?
