We are faced with the problem of getting a list of lookalike audiences via API.
Here is the endpoint that returns a list of audiences for a given marketer:
https://backstage.taboola.com/backstage/api/1.0/spine-deforg-sc/universal_pixel/custom_audience_rule
But it doesn't contain the audience we need, namely LAL Page 15
But if we retrieve this audience separately, then API returns the result
https://backstage.taboola.com/backstage/api/1.0/spine-deforg-sc/universal_pixel/custom_audience_rule/265044

Resource Not Found when requesting a campaignItem

When we try to pull a campaignItem we get a ‘Resource not found’ error, although the item is actually existing and visible through the Taboola UI. This is preventing us to update the campaignItem with imageUrl and headline.

When using this endpoint:
https://developers.taboola.com/backstage-api/reference#add-or-remove-users
the server is responding with an html document that appears to be a sign in page. There is nothing in the docs and other endpoint work with the same credentials so what am I doing wrong?

API cost updates

Hi,
Please can you let me know how often costs are updated via the API.
Voluum claims they are pulling API cost data every 30 mins.
my understanding is that the cost data is updated every few hours in line with the dashboard, can you share any transparency here, please?
