Get Site when campaign_hour_breakdown Dimension
I am using the campaign_hour_breakdown dimension (from the reports/campaign-summary endpoint) which is great because it gives me the hourly breakdown for every Campaign. However, the Site is not included in the results. Site is allowed as a filter for the campaign_hour_breakdown dimension, but for this I would need to make a request for each Site to get its hourly breakdown, and this in our case it can be thousands.
I know there's a site_breakdown dimension but data is not aggregated at an hourly level but daily.

Inquiry About "User credentials have expired"
Dear Taboola support team.
Yesterday I did oauth authentication and got a refresh_token.
I used it to access the
I accessed the following endpoint
https://backstage.taboola.com/backstage/oauth/token
Then I got the error "User credentials have expired".
I tested with a different refresh_token and got the correct access_token, so I think the client_id is correct.
What are the possible reasons for the "User credentials have expired" error?
I understand that after a year, I need to authenticate oauth again, but since I just authenticated oauth yesterday, I don't know why.

Add ads into campaigns via API?
Is there a possibility to add new ads into campaigns via API automatically let's say once every week?

Campaigns URL
I want to ask about the difference between the 2 URLS:
1.
https://backstage.taboola.com/backstage/api/1.0/account_name/reports/campaign-summary/dimensions/campaign_breakdown
2.
https://backstage.taboola.com/backstage/api/1.0/account_name/reports/video-campaign-summary/dimensions/campaign_breakdown
From the first URL I get dynamic fields and from the second I don't get dynamic fields
Why is that?
How can I get the data from video campaigns?

Hi,
I have two URL:

The first one return a list of countries
The second doesn't return
What can be the reason?
Am I doing something wrong?

Get 'Macro' data for hundresd of campaigns
Hi
I have dozens of accounts and I'm trying to find the best way to fetch the macro data for those campaigns. By Macro I mean for example the daily budget, countries, and so on. I came to that, that I have 750 accounts and for each account, I need to send a GET request to fetch the data, and it came to a lot of requests.. is there a better way?

Learning Mode
Hi,
We have a lot of campaigns which continually move from Scaling/Running back into Learning mode even if there have been no item changes on the campaign.
I contact Taboola support regarding this on one specific campaign (20791086) and they advised the following:
"We have investigated the case and would like to inform you that, It looks like an automated task is checking the status of items or ads at some point, and changing the status of the campaign accordingly. However, it doesn't happen often. If this happens again please let us know and we'll check further."
I am unsure if they are referring to something connecting via API which may be causing this - we use the API to pull campaign level data into our own internal monitoring tool which are only read requests with the exception that we patch our account level blocklist with any new entries every hour or so - in reality there are hardly ever any updates to our account level blocklist. Could this be causing campaigns to be pushed back into learning mode?
