A 404 error occurred while requesting different endpoints

Hello,
Starting today (Jan 30, around 13:30 UTC), some endpoints such as {allowed-accounts, campaigns, /campaigns/<campaign_id>/items} have intermittently started returning 404 Not Found responses. After a few retries, the same requests eventually return normal results.
Could you please investigate this issue?
