Clarification Needed Regarding Missing Fallback Image in Taboola Motion Ads

I recently created motion ads via the Taboola API using a GIF file for animation along with a fallback JPG image. Upon reviewing the ads on the Taboola platform, I noticed that while the motion content (GIF) is displaying correctly, the fallback image appears to be missing.

As I understand, motion ads cannot be created without a fallback image, so I’m seeking clarification on why the fallback asset isn’t appearing as expected. Could someone from the team please provide insight into this behavior or confirm whether there are specific requirements or limitations related to fallback image rendering?
