API Disconnect Issue

Hello Support Team,

Our business uses your API and since this past Friday when posting to /getting from your API we have encountered "Connection reset by peer issues 104" for a specific get/post. The rate limit is not being hit, (far fewer than 10 per second, this is enforced) as well as retries with exponential backoff, leading to believe this is an issue with the API directly. This seems to be purely a sporadic issue with the API, can you provide any resolution/clarity on this problem?
