Fail uploading image to CDN

Hello, what could be the problem if we get error 400 failed to upload image to CDN api.action.bad_request.null?

It happens in around 20% of the requests. Not randomly, just certain images seem not to be able to be uploaded. The images follow the guidelines in extension, size and weight.
