S2S Conversion Tracking Retract

Hi,

I wanted to retract the conversion which were already uploaded. As for example: I have uploaded the conversion for a click using the Postback URL. I found out later it was already uploaded. So is it possible to remove that conversion.

Please help me in figuring it out
