Getting a test account with funds.

Hello,

We do develop custom API integrations with few clients currently and spend is like 500k to 2m monthly.

We would like to test some new API endpoints, but at this time we also dont wanna make that tests on client accounts.

How we can get a test account and we can add some funds there. Can API team help about this approval & case ?
