Error messages when fetching all ad accounts associated with business account

Hi,

I am getting some quite random errors when trying to retrieve all our ad accounts. Starting about a month ago or so our dashboard started throwing errors every once in a while when trying to retrieve all ad accounts. This doesn't occur all the time, it only seems to happen after our server catches a SIGTERM and therefore restarts. Any advice on what the root cause of the issue could be would be greatly appreciated!
