Taboola campaign data not available

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. My question is why I can't see the data in my Taboola Dashboard immediately or just after launching my campaign.

For example, when I launch my campaign and set up everything, after running a campaign and driving traffic to my website I can't see the website ID that sends me traffic so I can block them.

Note: I can see the website ID that sends me traffic but after spending my daily budget. Is this normal or not? If not what can I do? Also, I contact Taboola support to open a new ad account but they refuse. In this case, what can I do!
