New iOS SDK version 2.3.11

We're happy to announce our new iOS SDK - 2.3.10, following SDK 2.3.11 release.
These two versions are a hotfixes that changes the name of the CMPDataStorageUserDefaults library and symbols in the SDK to TaboolaCMPDataStorageUserDefaults to avoid conflicts with other GDPR CMP SDKs
