Bid Strategy is what element on the API and what result is what

Hi I just wanted to confirm if i am correct on this:

In the interface,

Bid Strategy = Bid Type in API

and if yes:

Fixed Bid = FIXED in the API
Smart Bid = OPTIMIZE_CONVERSIONS in the API
