New react-native plugin version - 1.2.3

We're happy to announce a new version for our react-native plugin.

We added two additions to the plugin

1. The plugin verified on the new react-native version 0.62.x
2. The publisher (you) is now in charge to open the organic items when using the onOrganicItemClick event. We will no longer open it on a ChromeCustomTab/SafariViewController
